Our department teacher Mehmet Ali Gündoğdu, together with academicians from different universities, publishes Şarkî literature and art magazine. In Turkey, the erosion of quality literary journalism, a period Şarkî magazine melts in the hands of the beast populism, rough realistic and qualified against copycat art, it carries the idea of making abstract and creative art. In this issue, the most recent edition of Şarkî magazine, "The Islamic Aesthetics and Modernism: Conflict or Harmony? ” file title has moved to the cover. In this issue where many writers and academicians who are experts in their field come out, our department member Dr. Mehmet Ali Gündoğdu "Epistemological Foundations of the Self-Mechanism in the New Turkish Poetry" and Assoc. Dr. Alev Erkilet has published an article titled "Art and Architecture in the Islamic World from the Search for Truth to Capitalist Reality”
