Professor Dr. M. Rita Krespi gave a seminar titled “The Hospital searched for is found” within the scope of Ülgen Guest Services 1st Symposium. She emphasized the importance of knowing and meeting the psychological and social needs of patients and their relatives in communication. She explained that in the process of meeting these needs, Guest Services is the keystone, backbone of the hospitals and she also explained the importance of the characteristics arising from generation differences as well as the individual characteristics of the patients and their relatives. She indicated that ,in this way, the patient and their relatives will be given the holistic care they need.
