Assist. Prof. Dr. Ekrem Saltık's new article titled "About the ‘Unknown’ Biography of Sebîlürreşâd’s Indian Correspondent S. M. Tawfiq", which deals with the unprecedented contributions of S.M. Tawfiq to the cultural life and political history of the Meşrutiyet II period, was published in Bilig, an SSCI-indexed social sciences journal.
